If you're new to yoga or coming back after a hiatus, these classes are for you. Our Slow Flows offer time to focus on alignment, while our Power Yoga for Beginners class teach the fundamentals that you need to jump into our Power Yoga and Ashtanga Play flows. Our Restorative, Yin and Myofascial Release give space to relax and release deeply in the mind and body.
