Welcome to our yoga teacher satsang. We'll be holding these quarterly, and are offering an assisting workshop for local yoga teachers. We know that hands on practice is the key to offering safe and helpful assists for students, and it can be challenging to get practice and feedback. These workshops are free for our Karma Yoga teachers and a sliding scale for local teachers in the DMV area. These events take time and care to prepare.
