Jo started her yoga journey over ten years ago. Her decision to teach arose from wanting to share the benefits of yoga that have been so transformative personally. Her classes focus on developing a breath based and inward- looking practice that cultivate a balance of effort and ease.

Jo is 500h Yoga Alliance qualified and has further qualifications is Pregnancy and Post Natal Yoga, Kids Yoga and Yoga for Sports. She teaches Ashtanga Yoga alongside Vinyasa Flow, Pregnancy Yoga, Post-natal Yoga and Mum and Baby Yoga
