Kristy has always been an athlete. She discovered her passion for yoga after suffering an injury while playing lacrosse is college. She loves that yoga can offer a great workout, but at the same time is kind to your body and helps quiet your mind. She encourages students to challenge themselves, while offering reminders to find the ease- whether it’s in a pose, the practice, or life. Kristy enjoys learning about anatomy and healing practices like Ayurveda. She has a background in orthopedics and received her RYT 200 in 2014 from Dancing Mind in Falls Church. Kristy enjoys teaching fun, creative flows that strike a balance with strength and ease.
