Pam is a dedicated yoga instructor passionate about cultivating strength, resilience, and balance—both on and off the mat. With 200-hour and 300-hour teacher training certifications, she has deepened her knowledge and refined her approach to teaching, empowering students to find confidence and connection in their unique practices.
Originally an education major, Pam spent 15 years teaching across various levels, including elementary, middle, and high school, as well as English as a Second Language. Her background in education has enriched her teaching approach, allowing her to connect deeply with students and adapt to diverse learning needs. Motivated by a commitment to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals, she transitioned to a career as a personal trainer before ultimately embracing her path as a yoga instructor.
Guided by her Sankalpa, “Joy of movement, joy of life,” she approaches each step of the journey with courage and an open heart, trusting the process even when the path feels uncertain. Growing up in a small town in Western Pennsylvania with a background in dance and gymnastics, she has walked her own wellness journey. Overcoming eating disorders from her teens into her early 20s taught her the power of resilience and self-reflection, ultimately leading to a transformation where she lost nearly half her body weight through internal growth rather than external tools.
Today, her mission is to share this passion for health and movement with others, fostering a supportive space where individuals can inspire, learn from, and encourage each other on the path to wellness.
